Service Description

A meal plan fully customized towards your desired goal ( fat loss / muscle gain) accounting for your food availability, food preferences, any allergies/health issues, day schedule and grocery budget. I also offer an embedded supplement plan (optional to follow depending on your budget) to accelerate your results and help maximize health benefits. A workout program fully detailed with all exercise names, emojis (for exercise illustration) , sets, reps and special notes per exercise mentioned for you. I also account for any muscular deficiencies you need to focus on and any injuries you may have. Moreover, the number of workout days and duration are timed according to your schedule and are supplemented with a cardio program (if needed ) *Note: The workout program will be precisely adjusted to go along with your meal plan Bi Weekly follow ups online via ZOOM CALL
