What I Do

Personal Assessment

We'll meet and discuss your lifestyle and the changes you wish to implement. We'll talk about different approaches and select the one we deem the best suited for you and your day to day obligations.

Meal Plans

I'll create a meal plan tailored to you, your diet and lifestyle. 
It will be ajusted every two weeks or so based on progress, results and your taste buds.

Training Programs

A unique gym-based program for you. I'll program workout for you taking into account the time you are able to put in at the gym. We'll work progressively, updating the programs every 6 weeks or so in order to optimize muscle growth and fat loss.
